Tax Manager

Role : Manager Finance International Tax

The position is based in Mumbai and reports to Associated Director, Finance

- Independently handle compliances of direct and indirect taxes of International Jurisdictions in which CRISIL operates ( 7 international entities)

- Transfer Pricing Compliances for all the 10+ entities of CRISIL group

- Engage with tax consultants in various jurisdictions for transfer pricing and international tax law updates

- Manage the Tax related risks arising from such international tax laws and transfer pricing in the best interest of the Company

- Prepare and review tax provisions for international locations and update the same in the Onesource system for reporting under US GAAP and Ind AS;

- Support tax consultants in respective jurisdictions on tax audits and assessments

- Handle ad-hoc efficiency projects in India and outside India

- Support India finance team on occasions

Other skills :

- Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to interface with senior management;

- Broad tax exposure to a multitude of foreign jurisdictions with specific focus on India;

- Working knowledge of FEMA would be a plus;

Candidate Profile :

- Ideal candidate profile is CA with 5-8 years relevant experience in Direct, Indirect taxes and transfer Pricing in larger corporate or Big 4 environments

- Any International tax certification will be added advantage

Mandatory Experience - transfer pricing
