Crisil - Manager - Equity Research - Domestic

Functional Responsibility / Domain Related:

- Primary responsibility would be to work on research assignments w.r.t different sectors and equity products like IPOs, IER etc

- Independently lead assignments and client interactions

Process Adherence:

- Ensure high quality of analysis and research output

- Planning and completion of research projects on schedule

- Working in project teams, coordinating internally to deliver the final output

Client Management / Stakeholder Management:

- Interaction with industry sources for primary and secondary research (modeling and desk research)

- Analytical interactions with the clients, including client presentations by the team

People Development:

- Managing associates in terms of their tasks, training needs etc
