CRISIL - Manager - Credit Analysis/Risk

Analytical responsibilities:

- Review and improve analytical content and quality of credit reports prepared by team members

- Undertake portfolio analysis of supply chain partners and bring out key insights/risk areas for corporates

- Develop grading approaches / risk scoring model / templates / report formats for various projects keeping in view customers’ requirements

Managerial responsibilities:

- Overall supervisory responsibility of a large analytical / operations team (around 20-25 members) supported by 3-5 direct reportees (Team leaders)

- Responsible for achieving team’s productivity as well as quantitative execution targets

- Training & mentoring analysts

- Improvement of processes that contribute towards increase in quality, reduce turn-around-times, etc.

Client management:

- Interact with corporates / banks on multiple fronts:

- Presenting reports & portfolio analysis

- Sharing analytical opinions

- Query resolution

- Managing escalations
