Intro We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Communications expert to join our team!

As a Communication team member at CRISIL, you will manage and improve the CEO's external communication & positioning and drive internal communications with employees.

Role Communication's Professional role entails the following duties and responsibilities :

- Design, develop & implement effective and consistent media and non-media engagement & speakership for CRISIL CEO

- Ideate innovative communication strategy in India and in international markets for CEO's positioning

- Build on strong messaging pillars and drive initiatives for employee engagement globally through various internal platforms

- Drive consistent communication through standardized thought leadership narratives, externally and internally

Communication :

- Develop and manage the CEO's positioning & profiling and drive internal communications strategy

- Strategic Communication by driving thought leadership communication, leadership positioning and building a global image of the firm through leadership

- Internal communications by leading employee engagement across geographies

- Identify leadership story pegs and manage media relationship and key identified external platforms for speakership opportunities

- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for flagging and managing issues before and when they arise for the CEO's office

- Devising different form of internal communication by actively engaging with employees

- Drive communications by internal newsletters, internal emailers, announcements, PR for CEO's office

- Monitor and analyze campaign effectiveness (internal & external) and drive business reporting on a regular basis

People management :

- Develop and maintain effective and professional working relationships with all levels of business within the organization, including senior management

Qualification : Bachelors or Masters into Mass Communication OR MBA - Marketing

Skills required :

- 8 - 10 years of managing corporate communication & internal communications for large MNCs in financial sector; experience in media industry or PR agency is preferred

- Applies broad knowledge of communication principles, business driver and, related areas) and of thought leadership positioning

- Hands-on knowledge of all facets of Media Management, C-suite communication & advisory on media and Internal Communications

- Develop an inclusive, holistic approach to communication that straddles across communication mediums & platforms (print/ TV/ digital/ social); and formats (written/ audio/ video) to achieve maximum impact

- Ability to think out of the box as well as from the perspective of leadership team and ability to engage with them proactively

- Excellent consulting & communication skills (written and verbal), including media relations

- A strong ability/ prowess at written communication

- Demonstrated flexibility and the ability to deal with ambiguity associated with working in a fast paced and changing environment

- Excellent planning, time management and organizational skills with the ability to deal with multiple constituencies and manage multiple simultaneous objectives
