- Excellent and demonstrated selling skills across BFSI and corporate segment
- Experience in cold calling, should be able to generate leads; follow up on leads diligently, build pipeline and close deals independently
- Should be able to develop and manage mid/ senior level client relationship, understand challenge areas and ensure closures
- Should develop a working relationship with existing pool of senior trainers and work with support teams to ensure smooth implementation
- Have a positive, never give up attitude; willing to travel at short notice
- Good communication skills ( oral and written) ;
- Subject matter knowledge, and awareness on finance domain related topics is an added advantage and would help in identification of new training topics and also add to the pool of trainers
Worked in earlier in bank/ nbfc handling financial products/ services related sales / business development ( preferably training services/mutual fund sales handling institutional sales/ wealth management services/ insurance sales handling institutional clients, financial consultancy, KPO, BPO sales team )
