Job Duties: In this role, the candidate would be part of the Equity derivatives middle office desk for Structured Trade Review team of a major multinational bank.

The role involves understanding the payoff of the complex structured product, booking methodology adopted by trader and valuation methodology of models used by him. The analyst would have to ensure that trade risks and economics are correctly captured and recorded in various systems of the bank, such as front office's risk management system, middle office and back office systems, legal documentation . The role also involves documenting the processes followed, observations and issues, liaising with various desks to ensure that all issues are resolved within reasonable period of time. The role also involves generating periodical MIS on trade review population.

Qualification: Bachelors in Engineering / MBA Finance

Skills required:

- Basic Derivatives knowledge; exposure to Structured Products, NCFM certifications (Derivatives) will be preferred

- Strong MS Office experience / VBA & Database Skills preferred

- Excellent communication skills

- Detail oriented

- Ability to work in a team environment

- Ability to think out of box and coming up with process optimization ideas and assist in execution and successful testing of the same

- Good process orientation
