Job Title: Lead Analyst

Location - Mumbai, Pune

Experience : 3 -5 years

Key skills - Investment / Credit research, Due diligence, Quality management, Stakeholder management

Job profile:

- Perform credit research, due diligence, research analysis on private and public corporates

- Review of investment research/summary notes, financial models

- Development of various types of financial models to value debt and equity for M&A and capital raising transactions

- Knowledge on bond and bond markets; expertise in senior/mezzanine debt, leverage finance, distressed situations, structured derivatives and capital market issuances (bonds, debentures, money market)

Preferred skills:

- Has worked in private equity/ debt fund structures

- Understanding of sourcing, structuring, and underwriting credit investments for diverse set of industries

- Understanding of primary transactions across performing/high yield/distressed space

- Knowledge on senior/mezzanine debt, leverage finance, distressed situations, structured derivatives and capital market issuances

- Has worked in M&A, Big 4 accounting firm, or transaction advisory services

Functional & Behavioral Knowledge:

- Experience in transaction advisory and related support services

- Experience working across multiple sectors and asset classes

- Thorough understanding of finance and accounting principals

- Excellent communication skills

- Proficiency in MS Office, Bloomberg

Minimum & Preferred:

- Bachelors in Commerce / Finance

- Chartered Accountant/MBA

- CFA/FRM
