Manager - HR

Role Summary

- Champion and drive HR and OD initiatives across the organization such as performance management and improvement systems, communication, employee engagement and organizational change

- Liaise with business leadership to identify and address talent management issues- both tactical as well as long term

- Active involvement in performance appraisal process, responsibility for process- form roll outs, timeline and process adherence.

- Responsible for employee relations and connect within the business unit

- Drive a culture of performance, recognition and learning

- Liaise with Corporate HR to design and implement policies and systems in line with business priorities, customer need and best practice.

- Liaise with the Corporate Training Group to design, develop and execute training programs for CRISIL GR&A (Irevna) and promote a culture of training.

- Design and drive Employee Engagement intervention using people care plans. The intention is to be a catalyst in creation of an engaged and anchored workforce.

- Identify and address people issues, including participation in grievance and disciplinary matters.

- Highlighting Compliance cases to HR Leadership team.

- Ensuring HR Policies are effectively adhered to.

- Implement rewards and recognitions programs within CRISIL GR&A (Irevna)

- Coordinate with L&D team for nominations to Skill Builders and Competency development activities

- Ensure smooth coordination with HR Operations and recruitment teams

Essential Qualification

- MBA from premier B School

Experience

- 2-8 years experience in HR Operations in a financial services company

- Hands-on experience in leading teams

- Experience in working with teams in multiple locations

Skills

- Strong process orientation

- Strong relationship building and negotiation skills

- Strong leadership and project management skills

- Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders

- Able to prioritize in complex, fast-paced environment

- Ability to effectively set expectations
