Inside Sales Role

Job Duties :

- We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative(s) that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment with a go-getter attitude. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious prospective / client acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with field sales team on the shore, generating interest amongst our target market, qualifying prospects and closing maximum sales business appointments

- Key responsibility would be to secure quality leads / business appointments and further passing these converted leads to the onshore Business Development Directors / Managers and support + augment the sales cycle

- He / She would be working on market reach out activities / initiatives for CRISIL GR&A's major business verticals i.e. Financial Research, Risk & Analytics and Corporate Research and promote CRISIL GR&A's market share

- He / She would be expected to provide Inside Sales Support (Telesales and e mail marketing) to the BD / Field sales team based out at CRISIL GR&A's USA and UK offices

Skills & Requirements :

- Communication : Candidates need to possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to neutralize accent

- Cold Calling : Must have international B2B / B2C outbound calling experience, Preferably UK, US and APAC market

- Building a Database : One would be expected to perform database search based on the business requirement and build database for his or her own market outreach activities from open sources and some paid sourced provided by the organisation and hence should be OK with - Lead or Contact generation activity-

- Basic Research Skills : She / She would be required to perform basic level research on the target market i.e. companies, banks and prospective customers / clients etc

- In-House Reporting : Inside sales representative would be expected to participate in regular internal staff meetings, submit target numbers for the month or quarter and give regular updates to the Inside sales manager / director. He / She would be required to maintain his or her own MIS up to date and report the accountabilities on regular basis.

- CRM : Should have prior experience working on any sales CRM. Familiarity with salesforce.com would be an added advantage

- Shift Timings : Should be comfortable working for US hours i.e. 7PM to 4AM or 8 PM to 5.00 AM and for UK hours i.e. 1 PM to 10PM or 2PM to 11PM based on the business requirement. One should be open to rotating shifts based on the business requirements. Fixed off on weekends

- Develop, contribute and execute new ideas as a part of Inside sales strategy : Ability to think on feet, apply sales framework, and convince prospects to meet with the company representatives. Ability to communicate effectively through email and the phone is essential.

Salary Range: 6-12 LPA
