What is the job profile-

During your first stint, you will get a first-hand experience of running a business division by

- Working closely with the business leader on strategic and operational initiatives

- Helping identify gaps in product suite, quality, market opportunities, potential acquisitions and assist the leader in drawing up plans to address these

- Running pilot assignments as part of new product development initiatives

- Implementing key corporate initiatives within the assigned business vertical

This stint will be followed by roles in one of CRISIL's business divisions, within and outside India. Also, as a part of the Young Leadership Development Program (YLDP), you get to work on challenging projects that have an organization-wide impact.
