We have an opportunity as an Equity Research Analyst in the Pharma sector at CRISIL GR&A, Mumbai

Educational Qualification: MBA/CA/CFA

Experience: 2-5 Years

Job Profile

- Set up a screening tool to identify attractive opportunities, based on mutually agreed metrics such as valuation multiples and RoE

- Prepare initial notes on stocks (1-2 pages)

- Conduct detailed analysis on stocks. The analysis will involve building a financial model (providing 3-year historical data, 3-year forecasts, and valuation and sensitivity analysis) and preparing an investment note covering the investment rationale, SWOT analysis, company and management background, sector trends, etc.

- Run the screener and identify new stocks every quarter

- Prepare initial notes on these 15 new stocks

- Perform detailed analysis on about 3-4 new stocks

- Prepare earnings preview and review notes on about 25 stocks

- Handle other research tasks, including preparing event updates, analyzing IPOs/corporate actions, maintaining databases, conducting technical analysis, tracking macro-economic indicators and updating marketing presentations
