Experience 0 - 3 years of relevant experience in credit analysis or credit research in global
Markets (for Credit Analyst position)
Experience 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in credit analysis or credit research in global
Markets (for Senior Credit Analyst position):
- Functional Responsibility / Domain Related
- Understand, analyze and provide analytical support on various SF deals globally.
- Understand the characteristics and performance of various underlying assets and the subsequent/ potential dynamic cashflow impact on the corresponding liabilities/ notes.
- Various need based activities such as
- extensive handling and analysis of data,
- usage of sophisticated tools for analysis to arrive at meaningful observations,
- preparation of deal reports/tables
- building of cash flow models using appropriate modelling tools.
- Support global Credit Analyst(s) for monitoring and tracking the performance of a portfolio of credits / transactions, and responding to credit events
- Track and understand industry dynamics and regulatory trends
- Track operational performance, which includes evaluation of:
Country and macroeconomic risk
- Competitive position
- Strategy / execution / management
- Profitability / peer comparisons
Track financial performance, which includes evaluation of:
- Accounting
- Financial governance and policies
- Financial ratios and trends
- Liquidity / short-term factors
- Work on financial models - historical and projections, conducting peer comparisons
- Prepare internal credit research reports and notes
- Assist global Credit Analyst(s) in the preparation of publishable credit reports
