Consultant- Energy- CRISIL Infrastructure Advisory

Role Summary :

Program evaluation and impact assessments of development programs/ welfare schemes implemented by Governments/ Donors/ NGOs, etc. Primary role will be that of execution to support on consulting assignments along with supporting Business Development and franchise building activities. Geography of work will involve domestic as well as international.

Job Requirements :

- Sound understanding of the concept of program evaluation and approaches/ methodologies for design and implementation of evaluation studies

- Atleast three to four years of work experience specifically related to program evaluation and impact assessment studies

- Experience in evaluating international/ national level programs/ government schemes using various analytical tools

- Experience in primary data collection through field surveys, key informant interviews and focused group discussions

- Experience of working with the Government (national/ state) would be preferred
