- Conceptualise and implement a comprehensive Campus Hiring Strategy (Hiring and Engagement) by collaborating with internal and external stakeholder
- Cultivating and maintaining relationship with targeted campuses
- Planning and organising campus selection process for targeted campus
- Plan and execute on all campus activities including presentations, campus connects, engagement programs, networking events, selection process, and onboarding
- Roll out new programs as per business requirements
- Track and maintain key metrices for campus hiring
