- Experience 7+ years of Business Analysis in Data Sourcing &amp; Strategy with investment banking domain (including knowledge and experience of the project lifecycle &amp; excellent stakeholder management) Job Duties : - As Business Analyst, support end-to-end analysis of large and complex finance change projects and initiatives for all projects - Prepare Business/Functional Requirements to support the delivery of Data souring related finance change projects - Business Analyst will also assist the IT teams to convert the business requirements into technical specifications for implementation of services as well as getting involved in the User Acceptance Testing - Ensure the delivery of business analysis artefacts (BRDs, CRs traceability matrix etc.) from the phase up to the post-production warranty phase. - Lead teams on data sourcing and quality initiatives to support changing reporting demands. - Manage data quality process to control and report on data migration, transformation and loading. - Manage engagement with a large number of stakeholders globally at all levels (CEO/MD) for data validation, attestation, requirements/process walkthrough and sign-offs - Work with various stakeholders (including Director level) to define and agree on the implementation approach - Work with global teams (Financial Accounting, Product Control, Change, Risk, IT and Senior management) across multiple locations and time zones at different levels - Should have a good understanding of Product Control processes, Balance Sheet Oversight and Control processes Skills Required : - Postgraduate degree/diploma from a reputed institute in the field of Finance - Strong experience of working as a Business Analyst within investment banking preferably towards Risk &amp; Regulatory Reporting/Analytics domain: - Mandatory knowledge of Data sourcing, strategy, mapping and reconciliation. - Mandatory knowledge of Product control and financial accounting. - Ability to work with large amount of data. - Good working knowledge of the Agile model, Epic/User stories, issue resolution and iterative enhancement methods - Good communication and stakeholder management skills along with experience of group facilitation to drive challenging change initiatives - Strong problem-solving skills, excellent team player displaying enthusiasm, confidence and commitment - Excellent MS Excel skills - Hands-on experience in full life-cycle implementations across multiple projects About CRISIL GR&amp;A: CRISIL Global Research &amp; Analytics (GR&amp;A) is the largest and top-ranked provider of high-end research and analytics services to the world's leading commercial and investment banks, insurance companies, corporations, consulting firms, private equity firms, and asset management firms.
