Role Summary

Functional Responsibility

- Resolve post-sales non-technical customer inquiries

- Act as a primary point of contact for customers and facilitate customer relationships

- Swiftly responds to resolve critical customer situations decisively

- Deliver regular analysis, reviews, advice and recommendations for planning and support of the application requirements with effectiveness

- Periodically have checkpoints and reviews to optimize potential challenges and provide an opportunity

- Ensure alignment with client and business goals.

- Drive and plan productivity reviews to help achieve continuous business and operational improvements.

- Provide proactive guidance and support to the implementation team

- Develop business continuation plan

Process Adherence

- Ensure the issues are resolved within the defined and agreed timelines

- Track the ongoing escalations and prioritize the same

- Review the progress and update the stakeholder's on an ongoing basis

- Review the initial and ongoing development of products

Client Management / Stakeholder Management

- Interact with clients in relation to assignment execution and manage operational relationships effectively

People Development

- Effectively lead the team and monitor the performance to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues

Essential Qualification - MBA (Finance) or equivalent

- B.Com (Hons) and /or CFA

Experience - 9 -13 years.

Experience of using some of the origination systems / core banking solutions is preferable.

Skills / Qualities required -

- Basic knowledge of financial accounting is a must.

- Good oral and written communication skills.

- Good skills of using MS word, excel and powerpoint

- The job profile will include support in assignment execution, extensive interaction with clients, travel to client places (outside Mumbai and India as well) for onsite support.

- Strong analytical skills

- Should be able to work under pressure

- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
