Assistant Manager - Corporate Communications

Develop and manage CRISIL's external communications strategy for key businesses within Market Intelligence & Analytics including Industry Research, Economy Research and Funds & Fixed Income. This includes, inter alia, the following:

- Strategic Communications: Driving proactive and reactive thought leadership for business stakeholders and subject matter experts across a wide cross-section of verticals including BFSI, agriculture, energy, ESG, commodities etc.

- Crisis communications: Providing support in management and dissemination of accurate, timely and relevant information externally, in alignment with internal stakeholders, and driving scenario planning for potential issues.

- Monitor new legislation, industry development and thematic topics across business lines for media engagement.

- Drive media interactions basis relevant opportunities secured.

- Create strategic content through thought leadership articles, press releases etc.

- Develop and nurture key media relationships across publications and ensure relevant brand advocacy as well as positive share of voice.

- Drive employee communications to sustain engagement, understand sentiment and execute key campaigns and key properties

- PR agency, BFSI/Tech domain and journalism experience preferred

- Monitor, analyze and report on effectiveness of external media relations outreach basis quantificable metrics, and use these metrics for future strategy planning.

Educational Qualification : MBA - Marketing or Bachelors/Masters in Mass Communications or Journalism
