KEY ROLES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES: Supporting multiple sector teams of a leading Investment Bank - Prepare material such as Pitch books, Company profiles, Industry reports, macroeconomic overviews, IPO and bond issuance materials, roadshow presentations, etc. - Prepare financial models to value a company; M&amp;A models and LBO models - Perform Target identification, Trading and Transaction comps, Benchmarking, Ratio analysis - Support on newsletters, M&amp;A summaries, and other regular reports - Search and aggregation related to sectors and companies - Compile data and provide analysis based on various client requests - Build and maintain databases in MS Excel - Prepare PowerPoint decks to represent the information in well organized and visually attractive format - Search and aggregation related to sector and projects FUNCTIONAL &amp; BEHAVIOURAL KNOWLEDGE : - Excellent client management - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to structure and organize content in PowerPoint slides - Ability to think and work independently - Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and in high-pressure situations - Well versed with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Working knowledge of a financial database like Bloomberg, Factset, Dealogic, Factiva, Mergermarket, Capital IQ, Thomson Reuters, etc. MINIMUM &amp; PREFERRED EDUCATION : - MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute / CA / CPA / CFA MINIMUM &amp; PREFERRED EXPERIENCE / SKILLS - 2+ years of relevant experience supporting an Investment Banking team LOCATION : - Mumbai / Pune
