ROLE SUMMARY	  - The recruit will be responsible for executions as well as business development in a wide range of Conventional and Non – Conventional Energy and specifically Hydropower generation related consulting, organizational structuring, benchmarking and Business Process reengineering in Public Sector Utilities and private sector organizations.   JOB REQUIREMENTS	  The candidate shall be well-versed with the power generation including hydro generation & distribution scenario and should have understanding of the following (demonstrated by past work experience):  Sector related  - Policy, Regulatory Scenario in the Power sector   - Financial Modelling/ Financial Appraisals/ Pre-Feasibility Analysis of Power projects  - Business processes reengineering for each of department (i.e. Finance, Operations, Projects, Personnel, Corporate planning etc.) develop Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)  - Skill Gap Analysis of the utilities and draw up a training and skill development plan for all the levels in the utility based on the consultations and findings from the above activities.  - Understanding of Bid Process Management for selection of Developer and Project Management consultancy (preferably)  - Preferably understanding of Policy, Regulatory environment of utilities in countries such as South East Asia and Africa.   - Overall Client Management and assuring quality of execution and deliverables.  Business Development  - Proactively engaging with prospective clients for tracking business opportunities  - Preparation of Tenders, proposals and Negotiation with Clients  - Participation in outreach events (conferences, articles in magazines etc)  - Focus of retaining client for future through building relationship and assuring quality & timely delivery of assignments  Experience - 7- 12 yrs   Qualification - MBA, CA or equivalent with Bachelor of Engineering   Skills - Essential Skill:   - Highly developed ability to interact with senior management in Public Sector Utilities and private sector organizations   - Assignment management, client and team management and mentoring  - Excellent Presentation and report writing skills,   - Detailed Financial modeling skills, Analytical skill   Desirable Skills: Understanding of Hydro Sector
