Business Operations Lead (Growth)

- Should have around 2+ years of experience in a dynamic and high growth startup-like environment

- Should have lead a team of 5+ members in an operations role

- Should be comfortable with handling data and reports with the right tools

- Should have the ability to think on problems independently to bring in the right solutions via product/process modifications

What will you do?

- You will be responsible for understanding business goals, defining the business process, identifying metrics, tracking and reporting

- Partner with different stakeholders across growth (strategy, marketing, category, revenue, etc.) to come up with a roadmap of initiatives and its execution to - improve the business processes with product/operational modifications

- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to establish new and improve current processes

- Independently research both with users and internal teams to identify any gaps in current operational processes and plan and execute items to improve operational efficiency

- Be a people manager involved in hiring, managing, creating a structured learning path, and being operations coach for the team
