As a Brand Marketing Lead at Crio.do, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and drive growth. - Should have around 3+ years of experience in Brand Marketing in a dynamic and high growth startup-like environment

- Exposure to technology skills or willingness to learn & understand

- A creative mindset and a flair for storytelling and content creation

- A data-driven approach and a proficiency in using various tools and platforms for analytics and reporting

- A passion for learning new skills and technologies and a willingness to experiment and innovate

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

What will you do ?

- Develop and execute marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and drive growth

- Craft the positioning, value proposition and messaging, driven by consumer insights

- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content and campaigns

- Creating and managing brand campaigns across various channels, such as social media, email, blogs, podcasts, webinars, etc.

- Drive user engagement and communications with value-add content and brand initiatives

- Measuring and analyzing the impact of brand initiatives on key metrics, such as traffic, conversions, retention, and referrals

- Explore new, innovative ideas to solve user problems that differentiate us from the competition

- Create channel positioning, value proposition and messaging driven by business requirements, product and user insights
