We are currently looking at senior candidates with rich Sales experience for our corporate office in Mumbai.
What this role offers :
- Sales manager/ Sr Sales Manager will give an exposure to manage business development across 15+ countries.
- He/She will also get various opportunities to participate in international academic conferences / international travel for business development purposes.
Key responsibilities :
- Manage sales of the company's service offerings in within a defined geographic area, or country.
- Ensure consistent, profitable growth via biz development in sales revenues through positive planning, market deployment and client/prospect management.
- Identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.
- Handling a team of sales managers and driving them to achieve sales targets.
- May involve travelling to different countries.
What we are looking at :
Talented professionals with :
- 5+ years of relevant Sales, Business development or marketing experience. Global sales experience will be an added advantage.
- This profile may involve international travel and residential sales.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
- Preferred sourcing segments: ITES, E-Commerce, Services based industries
