Shift timings: 10am to 7pm

Reports to: CEO

Objective:

We at Crimson Interactive are looking for a Finance and Accounts- Manager to support the growth and development plans of our company by playing a strategic role. The person will be responsible for managing the Accounts team in a company of about 300 employees and be responsible for all aspects of Accounting and Strategic functions.

Key responsibilities:

- Preparing Cash Flow & Fund Flow report.

- Managing foreign currency exposures, Accounting & Reporting, and Transfer Pricing.

- Assisting in Accounting of forwarding Contract & resultant Gain/Loss.

- Monitoring Treasury function and verifying Bank reconciliation

- Assisting in preparation of Credit Monitoring Analysis (CMA) and projections.

- Monitoring Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet of the Company.

- Scrutinizing AR, AP & GL accounts regularly and taking corrective actions.

- Assisting in the closing of books for every quarter.

- Preparing various Finance & Accounts reports and send for Senior Management verification.

- Assisting in the submission of Service Tax, Advance Tax & TDS Challan

- Work strategically with the CEO and department heads for formulating and implementing policies and procedures in line with the business needs

- Manage and develop the Accounts team to play a key role in the company's growth

- Preparing various Finance reports for Future projects

- Preparing MSOD (Monthly Stock & Debtors Statement), various budgets & Board Meeting related reports & presentations as per management requirements.

- Finalizing monthly Balance Sheet and Profitability Statements as per Indian GAAP.

Pre-requisites/key characteristics and skills required

- CA with relevant experience of 7-10 years in Finance and accounts with at least 3-4 years in a Managerial role.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Good analytical skills

- Strong leadership skills, including coaching, management, problem-solving, and evaluation

- Experience in handling Indian Accounting Stand

- Strong computer skills: MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Tally
