Key Responsibilities : - Define the product strategy and roadmap - End-to-end ownership of product development - Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification - Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product - Understand business requirements and convert them into logical solutions - Be an expert with respect to the competition - Act as a leader within the company - Manage a team of business analysts - Responsible for a demanding and rewarding variety of duties related to products development Pre-requisites/key characteristics and skills required : - 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Product Management - Strong problem solving and analytical skills - Demonstrated success defining and launching technology products in a B2C market - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Excellent judgment and thoughtfulness about the dynamics of a product lifecycle - Proactive and self-driven with attention to detail - Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority Qualification : IT/Comp science background
