We at Crimson Interactive are looking for a HR- Manager to support the growth and development plans of our company by playing a strategic role and drive organizational effectiveness. The person will be responsible for managing the HR team in a company of about 150 employees and be responsible for all aspects of Human Resources function.

The HR Manager must have experience in the ITeS sector, preferably in a company which provides knowledge based services. An overview of the responsibilities of the HR Manager is as given below: -

- Work strategically with the CEO and department heads for formulating and implementing policies and procedures in line with the business needs

- Manage and develop the HR team to play a key role in the company’s growth

- Contribute to the development of the company’s strategy, particularly by advising on the human resource implications of strategic decisions

- Responsible for Motivation and Organization Development keeping into account Return on Investment of benefits introduced

- Formulate and lead initiatives in Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development, Recruitment process, Performance Management and Attrition Management

- Support and coach managers across teams in handling people issues

- Foster a competitive and quality conscious work culture

Desired Candidate Profile

Pre-requisites/key characteristics and skills required

- Postgraduate in HR or graduate with relevant experience of 8–15 years in HR with at least 5 years in a Managerial role

- Experience in the ITeS/ Service sector, preferably in a company providing knowledge based services

- Knowledge of selection tools ranging from ability testing to psychometric analysis

- Negotiation skills

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Good analytical skills to be able to report

- Can act tactfully across multiple functions within the organization and has ability to blend well with a team that is quite diverse

- Strong leadership skills, including coaching, management, problem solving, and evaluation

- Experience in handling HR Information System
