Opportunity for Assistant Manager-Client Servicing!!!

What the role offers :

As a team leader of the client servicing team, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of Indian and foreign associates, receiving an opportunity to groom yourself as a manager with international exposure in managing a diverse team as well as through interactions with clients from all over the globe.

Its an opportunity to challenge and understand client behavior in international markets and develop a strong team that is responsible of ensuring revenue objectives are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities :

- Managing a team which will assist the client with their requirements and send them appropriate quotations within the stipulated time

- Coordinating with the Sales & Marketing team to meet the business targets

- Coming up with strategies to have the best client conversion rate

- Identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term earnings

- Understanding target country's culture and preparing a strategy to meet the country's requirement

- Understanding the business units targets and calibrating it to the team for common focus and approach.

What we are looking for :

- 4+ yrs of rich industry experience in team management.

- Excellent analytical skills and ability to assess market trends, growth possibilities, and areas of concern.

- Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

- Team Management

- People Management

- Experience in Sales and Achieving Business target
