Hiring- Associate- HR

We are hiring Associate HR preferable from Previous experience in a similar role in any Big Four/ PE/ VC companies for our organization Learning Star.

About the organization:

Learning Star - Education management company focused on emerging & growing schools

Responsibilities:

- Primary contact for managers and employees across all people matters

- Responsible for end-to-end employee experience from onboarding to offboarding

- Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required

- Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.

- Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and tactics

- Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance

- Provide strong support to hiring for the company's portfolio schools as per plan.

- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to maintain hiring timeliness and effectiveness

Qualification- MBA-HR
