We are hiring for the position of Associate-Fund Raise with track record of high achievement in fundraising across markets for our organization Learning Star.

Responsibilities:

- Identifying key potential institutional investors

- Develop a differentiated & robust investor relations strategy

- Identifying potential new markets through extensive research

- Actively maintain the corporate investor database including properly updating the database for investor transfers and assignments, timely update of key investor changes & generating investor database reporting

- Help in managing the on-boarding of all domestic and foreign investors

- Fully responsible for investor, corporate document retention.

Qulaification: MBA-Finance

Skills:

- Strong Interpersonal skills. | Networking, Negotiations & MS -Office
