Creya Learning - Area Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

As an Area Sales Manager, the responsibilities would include Advocacy, Customer acquisition and Account Management for Creya Learning in your sales region.

- Strategize with the corporate team for effective sales and marketing approaches

- Identify potential clients and build the database

- Work with back-end corporate sales support for prospect identification

- Make presentations, submit proposals and close deals

- Manage payment collections and customer satisfaction

- Coordinate with the implementation team for smooth set-up of the XEL program as per promise

- Own the customer relationship and stand for delivering promised support from the organization

- Mentor other team members as and when made available as part of growth strategy

- Contribute to the overall corporate strategy and specifically to the Marketing & Advertising approach

Desired Skills & Experience

- Experience of at least 3 - 7 years in sales mandatory with at least 2+ years of it in the K-12 education

- Excellent communication skills - written, spoken and more importantly - listening skills

- A deep passion and understanding of the domain of K-12 education

- Should be willing for extensive travel

- Salary above Industry average and commensurate with talent and achievement potential

- Strong work ethic, Out of the box thinking and integrity of minimum requirements for the job

- Preferable have own vehicle for travelling
