Crescendo Global - Team Leader - Leadership Hiring & Business Development (6-8 yrs)

Reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible to:

Business Development :

- Identify and develop client business/relationships with multi-national firms looking for Specialist Talent Acquisition partners in India.

- Client Management You are responsible to prospect and account-manage a select number of new and existing key multinational and large regional accounts across India with a focus on permanent recruitment.

- Preparation of industry/sector analysis and mapping for specific clients as a deliverable on your line of specialization.

- Build strategies for developing an untapped market segment or industry.

Revenue Generation :

- Generate increasing revenue (Q-o-Q) while exceeding KPIs, targets for yourself and your team while demonstrating - best practices- as per Crescendo Service Charter.

- Manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond. That includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients.

- Source high- caliber candidates from various digital channels including job advertising, market mapping, headhunting, referral network, Job Portals, etc.

- Anticipating & forecasting revenue generation annual benchmarks setting.

Process Development & Strengthening :

- Optimize the performance of the system & processes.

- Development of new methods and strategies to improvise & maximize the output of the team.


- Preparing financial & progression reports and presenting them to management.

People Management :

- Leading a team of 4-5 colleagues, responsible for the career paths of the team members including their hiring, performance management, performance evaluation, retention, desk reviews, daily setups, and daily follow-ups.

- Responsible for setting goals for the team, defining KRA and mentoring coaching them to successfully achieve them.

- Ensuring Team best practices in the organization in the areas of discipline, knowledge sharing, and recruitment industry overview and sector specialization knowledge.

- Identifying their training needs & communicating to the HR department and ensuring the regular upskilling of the reporters.

- Helping building portfolio mix for new recruits for them to successfully complete probation.

- Motivating and supervising team on a regular basis.

Administration :

- Ensuring the team adhere to the compliances & Policies set in place by the company.

- Keep CRM updated and readily available for report analysis at any point in time for self and team.

- Not limiting the job profile just to above mentioned responsibilities, but readily accept additional tasks as and when assigned by management within the scope of work.
