As a BFSI consultant your responsibilities would include:

Client Management :

- Identify and develop client business/relationships in a competitive environment

- Build mutual benefiting relationships with clients and work as part of a passionate team to maximize Group's commercial performance.

- Generate revenue in your area of Banking & Finance in a target driven environment

Candidate Management :

- Source suitable candidates from various channels across the world including advertising, market mapping, headhunting, referral network, technology etc

- Maintain candidate network, Contribute to the attraction of candidates and all other aspects of candidate management

- Interview candidates on a general & specific assignments and brief them on the opportunities offered by the client

- Manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond. That includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients.

Additionally :

- You have a B.COM and an MBA/Post graduate degree with 4-6 years of work experience in a client facing role. Whilst we are open to all degree disciplines, we are looking for individuals who have a strong track record of success (not just academics).

- You are not shy to pick up the phone and make a warm/cold call to someone to pitch your business. You are proactive, business savvy and suave. Being attention to detail is a pre-requisite to apply

- You are persistent, resilient, have excellent communication skills, an amicable personality and a hunger to succeed. Bearing in mind that this is a sales-based role you must have the ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills and self-motivation in a client facing environment.

- You are competitive and appreciate being in a meritocratic culture where the work in years count for more than the years at work.

- You are genuine team player, enthusiastic, dynamic and open-minded.
