Roles and Responsibilities :
- Managing the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond. That includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients.
- Review job applications to match applicants with job requirements
- Playing a crucial role in building and supporting the team within the vertical and organization.
- Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job.
- Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between client and candidates
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Experience of handling Pan India requirements in IT/Technology Recruitment
- Strong networking online/offline to leverage sourcing
- Ability to work under pressure and understanding of evaluating urgent profiles
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Excellent with technology and CRM
- Experience with Recruitment Firm is must
