Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible to : - People, Performance, &amp; Culture - Instill a continuous-improvement culture Talent Acquisition &amp; Employee Branding : 1. Set processes for recruitment, on boarding and joining, attendance and leaves, payroll, exits so that there is seamless functioning of the transactional HR vertical with other business units 2. Develop and implement a strategy to enhance the agency's image as an employer. A critical part of this plan is to involve employees as our brand ambassadors. Employee Engagement &amp; Performance Growth : 1. Implement a transparent Performance Management System that highlights super performers and potential leaders keeping in mind Employee Value Proposition. 2. Responsible to create Employee Engagement calendar and getting the budget approved from the management and ensure that EE activities are organized timely. 3. Prepare the Events calendar and Organizing internal welfare events (Quarterly Socials, Annual Party, Team Huddles, Sports event, birthday bash &amp; other welfare activities) 4. Organize structured sessions to understand employee's satisfaction levels, and action on increasing their output and productivity. 5. Conduct and organize various employee development-training workshops on a variety of topics like Leadership, behavioral training, communication, soft skills, etc. The Successful Candidate : 1. You bring forth 8+ years of experience post your MBA in HR from a Tier 1/2 B-School in the gamut of HR functions having worked in an agile &amp; a fast-paced work environment. 2. You have a pleasing personality, bring forth excellent communication skills (both oral and written), and are naturally good at handling people and managing them as a true leader 3. You are self-driven, prioritize skills and implement change effectively in the organization; you are pro-active in performing your responsibilities 4. You have a proven experience having achieved transformational results in your current and previous organizations implementing change in policies/ programs which can be vetted. 5.
