JOB TITLE: RSM  Report to : NSM   DEPARTMENT: Sales  QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:   - Post graduate with some professional degree with 7-9 years of experience in sales & marketing.  (Mainly from Biscuit Industry)  JOB PURPOSE:  - To take complete charge of the assigned area by thorough knowledge of the market & dealers.  - To ensure availability and visibility for the brand.  - To ensure manage business through the ASM in the area.  - To strengthen/ add to existing business distributor network sales plan review.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:   - To coordinate with existing customers & person.  - Market appointments and meeting new customers.  - Agreeing sales, prices, contracts and payments.  - To coordinate with the team and meeting sales targets..  - Promoting new products and any special deals.  - Advising customers about delivery schedules and after sales services..  - Recording orders and sending details to sales office& giving feedbacks on sales trends.  - Attend food shows as required to benefit the business.  - To coordinate pest control program at the site.  - Execute sales volume numbers, trade spending objectives & any other goals given by the firm.  - Specific interaction with the marketing ie.-Sales support , food shows etc..  - Identify& track all industry trends and issues ie- natural & retails grocery growth, distributor changes, opportunity, segment variations etc . recommend an expedient / appropriate action plan to the regional sales manager.
