JOB DESCRIPTION OF NATIONAL SALES MANAGER:-

Maintain consistent contact and provide sales and service to all customers (retailers and distributors) in your specific assigned region.

- Generate promotional ideas to increase business across the business area.

- Achieve sales revenue numbers, budget & profit goals for your assigned region.

- Assist in managing quarterly/annual sales budgets and objectives within your region.

- Understand and utilize syndicated data to identify sales opportunities and develop sales presentations to generate sales volume and workout the sales growth plan for the assigned region.

- Provide feedback to management from key retail and distributor customers.

- Make regularly scheduled sales coordination on all major customers within your region.

- Attend food shows as required to benefit the business.

Execute the sales volume numbers, trade spending objectives and any other goals given by the firm.

Specific interaction with marketing - i.e. - Sales Support Materials, Food Shows, etc.

Identify and track all industry trends and issues - i.e. - natural and retail grocery growth, distributor changes, opportunities, segment variations, etc. Recommend an expedient/appropriate action plan to the National Sales Manager.

Educational qualification:-

- Candidate must be M.BA., Sales and marketing specialization.

- 12-15 years of experience national sales manager / roles in a F.M.C.G company.
