Organization - Mrs.Bector's Food Specialties Ltd - Cremica.

Candidates having exp of 5-9 yrs in FMCG- Food Services Industries are preferred.

Roles and Responsibilties:

1. Responsible for planning marketing strategy of Company’s products, solutions & services in an assigned territory or market.

2. Work within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.

3. Demonstrate technical selling, Marketing skills and product knowledge in all areas.

4. Develop quarterly & annual business plan, in conjunction with the General Manager, Managing Director and Chief Tasting Officer which details activities to follow during the fiscal year.

5. Develop quarterly & annual business plan, in conjunction with the Sales Manager.

6. Complete understanding of pricing and proposal models.

7. Demonstrate the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers.

8. Maximize all opportunities in the process of closing a sale resulting in the taking of market share from competitors.

9. Sell consultatively and make recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers to their business issues.

10. Develop databases of qualified leads through referrals, telephone conversing, face to face cold calling on potential businesses, direct mail, email, and networking.

11. Assist in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.

12. Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals.

13. Responsible for identifying and building effective Centre’s of Influence& 14. Networks with key market professionals to maximize sales potential & revenue.

15. Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within their assigned territory

16. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
