Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Project Head - Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in sales management, preferably in the [industry or related industry] sector. Qualifications:

- 5 to 6 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
