Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives and growth trajectory. - Oversee the entire talent management lifecycle, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, performance management, and career development. - Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction. - Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. - Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations. - Champion and lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous learning. - Partner with senior management to develop and implement workforce planning strategies that meet the company's evolving needs. - Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across all departments to ensure effective HR support and alignment with business goals. - Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices, continuously improving the HR function and its impact on the organization.
