We are planning to expand our area of operations to MP, Karnataka, Chhattisgarh. JD-Regional Sales Manager: - The opening is for Regional Sales Manager who has prior experience in - Affordable LAP and Unsecured BL product, handling more than 30 branches. - The incumbent should have at least 12 years of experience with any of the leading NBFC /Bank/MFI in AP And/or TN And/or Karnataka in Affordable LAP / MSME Unsecured Businessloans Responsibilities and Duties: - Complete P&L ownership of the region to deliver positive month on month revenue growth. - Manage new hiring , expansion in new locations in region - Responsible for End-to-End Management of all branches in the region. - Own the collection responsibility of the loan portfolio. - Ensure timely (daily/weekly and monthly) MIS preparation and reporting to Senior management. - Hiring and training of sales team with presentations of strategies regular meetings - Punctuality, Attendance.
