CredRight Finance is a new age FinTech platform & NBFC, driven by an inspiring mission to empower Micro & Small Entrepreneurs [MSMEs] which do not have access to organized credit from financial institutions [like Banks and NBFCs]. With its Technology first approach, CredRight is providing customized loan offerings to MSMEs from Tier 2 to Tier 4 towns of India to achieve its Financial Inclusion mission.

Lead - Talent Acquisition:

- Manage hiring across levels, from front line hiring to leadership positions across all departments.

- Ensuring timely & continued availability of quality manpower in all the branches

- Guiding regional TA teams & managing the recruitment MIS.

- Creating talent acquisition strategies based on the Business requirement. Act as a Talent Acquisition business partner to all departments.

- Develop and establish recruiting strategies and processes aligned with Business expectations and Organization goals

- Implementing successful sourcing strategies, Sourcing, screening, and short listing resumes through various job portals/Job Posting/Referrals/Consultancy & hire best talent from different sources.

- Build, Nurture, Network: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent sources

- Create/modify/update JD's in consultation with respective Reporting Managers.

- Updating hiring status to stake holders.

- Should be able to empanel new colleges & initiate hiring through Campuses.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

- Candidate must be preferably from an MBA HR background, should have at least 8 + years of experience in HR with minimum 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.

- BFSI/NBFC background is preferred.

- Strong communication & Presentation skills in English, Hindi & Telugu (Must)

- Willingness to travel to monitor team's performance.
