- Management of retail stores and franchisee owners on a day to day basis

- Meet secondary sales targets

- Managing a team of retail executives

- Implementation of SOPs at Franchisee and retail stores

- Ensure and drive daily update of stock, sales, and other related tasks

- Hiring and periodic performance review of the team
