Duties and responsibilities

Coordination and Supervision - Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various departments in the organization.

- Position requires risk analysis, critical thinking and the ability to provide solutions to the benefit of the company;

- Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission - specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning. Excellent problem solving skills are required;

- Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence;

- Improve processes in support of organizational goals;

- Ability to understand and manage the Region's performance to key performance metrics;

- Work to ensure that we are delivering an excellent customer experience and address escalated customer concerns as necessary.
