Job description :

- Leading a team of analytics professionals for delivering customer centric insights to increase customer relevance, engagement and business impact for Sales and Marketing.

- Strong knowledge in Marketing performance measurement and management (MPM), marketing and business metrics.

- Customer data analytics, including customer segmentation, behavioral and direct marketing strategies and tactics

- Digital analytics including social media data analytics

- Assist in structuring and managing performance based digital marketing campaigns on Facebook, Google Ad-words, Mobile Installs, Affiliate Networks, Re-targeting, etc.

- Build relevant reporting / analytic methods to track the key performance indicators

Required Skills :

- 1- 4 years of experience in digital analytics role

- Experience in digital marketing/ social media analytics is mandatory

- Strong Analytical skills with hands-on experience working with SQL and Excel

- Should be able to adapt in a fast-paced, growth focused, dynamic environment start up
