Quality manager - BPO (CredR)
CredR is looking for a dynamic Quality manager for the BPO process. The person is responsible for creating quality parameters and managing the overall quality process.
- Responsible for creating and managing overall quality process
- Suggest and implement proactive methodologies of issue identification and resolution
- Design & develop quality parameters (need identification to feedback and follow through) in consultation with the training teams
- Ensure uniform quality of feedback is delivered by all QAs in line with business requirement
- Ensure - 0- Non-Compliances in all Internal and external audits
- Provide quality floor support, feedback, refresher and corrective training, as and when required
Desired Skills:
- 4+ years experience in quality assurance team in BPO set up
- Entrepreneurial mindset is a must.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good people management skills
- Excellent Analytical Skills / Quantitative skills
- Expert in Data Handling / data interpretation
- Process Oriented and Adept at Planning and Decision making
