CredR - Lead/Manager - Inside Sales (3-12 yrs)
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
- Hands on experience and proficiency with CRM software and MS Excel
- In-depth understanding of the sales process

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handling a team of tele-callers to drive sales
- Coach, train, evaluate and monitor sales representatives performance
- Coordinating with Business teams to ensure smooth execution of leads and conversions
- Analysing data everyday and taking correct calls to ensure maximum productivity of team
- Generation of daily sales reports
- Execute sales analysis, prepare sales reports and suggest improvements
- Set and track sales targets and KPIs for team members
- Maintaining detailed performance trackers for each team member and putting in place steps for improvements where needed
- Ability to effectively reduce wastages and increase productivity per team member
