Human Resource Lead
CredR is looking for a dynamic candidate having stellar HR Senior Leadership experience. He/She should be willing to work in a start up environment and can take responsibility for Core HR functions, define the organisation's HR strategies, policies, direction and culture.
- Manage PAN India Recruitment for Senior Positions, Handle end to end recruitment lifecycle
- Lead and manage a team of 5-10 HR associates.
- Design resourcing plans, define role requirements and develop innovative sourcing options including networking, headhunting and building talent pools
- Research, design, implement, and manage various talent and learning focused initiatives and projects, including performance management, succession planning, career development, employee engagement and retention, training, etc.
- Develop strong awareness and understanding of the business and functional areas of responsibility to target and hire best talent
- Identify future talent needs; work with recruiting team and business leaders to develop talent pools in key areas of need
- Closely work in partnership with hiring managers, providing guidance, support and recommendations on candidates for interview
- Devising Campus Engagement Initiatives and hiring plans in sync with business plans.
- Develop workplace policies and procedure and Implementing the same
- To design and implement online Performance Management system and introduce key performance metrics that ensures regular performance measurement against the assigned goals.
- To lead the benchmarking of incentives programs and drive the design and implementation of the company's compensation philosophy for achieving higher productivity.
Candidate Specification
- 3-5+ years of relevant experience with Premium B-Schools having experience in talent management/ talent acquisition / Hiring for various roles.
- Prior experience Internet / eCommerce industry is highly preferred.
- Considerable experience with myriad sourcing strategies including portals, ads, consultants, Linkedin, social networking, conferences, headhunting
- Keen understanding of startups, internet hiring/recruiting
- Excellent communication skills (Oral and written) is a must
- Understanding of agile methodologies and ability to structure team to deliver in it. He/She needs to be a strategic thinker with high resilience to work in a competitive and rapidly changing environment.
- Proven ability in adapting best global HR practices in sourcing across channels
