CredR - HR Business Partner

HR Business Partner with 10+ years of experience, specialized knowledge of HR and expertise in Business Partnering which involves strategic human resource planning, talent engagement, compensation, performance management & succession planning to improve business value.

Job Responsibilities:

A) Share common KPI's of business on cost optimization, pyramid, and achieving it through various matrices in place.

B) Collaborate with the business in identifying talent needs and talent pool candidates, promoting career development, coaching and development planning within the business

C)Ensure smooth onboarding of employees by providing clarity and connection to all employees and their role in relation to the overall vision.

D)Work with Managers/HOD- s/ Top management to achieve compliance with organizational policies, providing descriptive information and recommending necessary changes.

E) Ensuring the learning agility in the business by infusing learning into daily work and continuous learning programs.

F) Coach and enable people managers in leading and managing their people through leadership development, workforce planning/analytics, policies, and talent processes

G) Handling Performance and compensation management for the business unit to ensure smooth implementation of annual and quarterly review cycle.

H) Working as an effective team member while contributing to HR projects.
