Role and Responsibilities:

- You will be required to handle Investor Relations and Prepare financial projections

- You be required to do Company valuations

- RBI/FEMA/FDI Compliances and ROC Compliances

- You will be Managing entire accounts and finance

- You will be responsible for Statutory compliances and MIS reporting

- Fund raising is the key responsibility here

- Finalization of GST returns and audits needs to be done

Other scope of work :

- Elaborating capital budgeting

- Tax planning

- Budget forecasting

- Preparation of books of accounts

Salary offered: 9-13LPA
