Job Profile:

The individual will support the Business Unit leadership to develop and implement plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Responsible for primary and secondary market research and Go to market strategy

- Conduct competitor and industry analysis

- Connecting with industry for B2B tie-ups

- Project proposal making

- Planning and monitoring pilots

- Project management

- Budgeting and planning

- Act as professional liaison between executive project management and development team

- Generate cost/benefit analysis and business impact analysis for executive leadership

- Understand the business issues, data challenges and ability to propose solutions

- Evaluate high level requirements gathered from multiple sources and to draft functional specification document

- Work as liaison among business units, technology teams and support teams

- Preparing the feasibility studies, business plans, information memorandum & other documents

- Review of budgets and analysis of variances

- Preparation of financial forecasts and tracking of performance

Who can apply:

- MBA or any other equivalent qualification with 1-2 years of Industry experience

- Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills

- Manage multiple priorities and time sensitive deliverables

- Must be detail-oriented, but also able to summarize data to assist with management decisions

- Must be able to work independently and enjoy working at a fast paced environment

- Dynamic, enthusiastic, client orientated

- Technical skills: MS Office (Business Object appreciated)

- Experience in automotive industry as a Business analyst is an add on
