Responsibilities :
- Manage P&L of the city/state assigned.
- Ensure adoption of Credr's products and sales through them by starting and managing relationship with various stakeholders in used two-wheeler ecosystem.
- Developing new business by onboarding more stakeholders - dealerships, agents.
- Be proactively sensitive to unrest and backlash from unorganized players.
- Ensure minimum downtime in case such situations arise.
- Meet monthly sales targets using processes and tools aligned with company's sales strategies and policies.
- Timely reporting of team's activities, and performance through tools provided by Credr.
- Creating an environment of bonhomie to motivate team for achieving targets.
- Must adhere to a formal dress code as defined in policy.
Qualification :
- Graduate with a Bachelor degree, MBAs preferred.
- Versatility in communication is must to deal with agents, most of whom are school drop-outs but street smart, as well as dealership's directors and MDs who are well traveled and well educated.
- Fluent in English and local language
- Flexibility in adopting Credr culture.
- Comfortable with front end technology products. (Apps, Web, Reporting tools)
- Experience in SME B2B sales of at least 5 years. Candidates with experience in companies like Indiamart, Zomato, and Practo OR automobile industry preferred.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Must be a troubleshooter with a proactive bent of mind.
Salary offered: 6 - 10 LPA
